We are simply Christians!

Spring Warrior Church of Christ, is a group of Christians who seek to follow the New Testament pattern in our worship and lives. Our goal is to use God’s word in order to guide our steps (Ps. 119:105), be light and salt to the earth (Mt. 5:13-16), and imitate our perfect Creator. We believe God is one (Dt. 6:4), but in three persons: God the father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus is Lord and the Bible is God’s inspired word.

When we assemble together to worship, we seek to encourage and build one another up in the Lord. We sing songs of praise to God and approach His holy throne in prayer. Members give financially to support the Lord’s work, and we partake of the Lord’s Supper every Sunday morning to remember Jesus’ death until He returns (1 Cor. 11:23-26). We study the scriptures so we can draw closer to God and better understand what He desires from us.

We are an independent and non-denominational congregation. We organize and work just like the congregations we read of in the New Testament. There are elders overseeing the flock (1 Tim. 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Pet. 5:1-5; Heb. 13:17), deacons charged with performing specific tasks of service for the congregation (1 Tim. 3:8-13), evangelists teaching and preaching the gospel message (Rom. 10:14-15; Eph. 4:11), and, members.

We are a family (Mt. 12:49-50), dedicated to God and His word (Phil. 1:1). We care about the physical and spiritual needs of our brothers and sisters in Christ. God wants everyone to be saved (2 Pet. 3:8-9); therefore, we strive to reach and teach the lost (Mt. 28:16-20), lift up the struggling (1 Thess. 5:14; Heb. 12:12-13), and encourage the strong to remain faithful. We seek to be daily transformed, so we become more like our savior (Rom. 12:1-2).
